How I can help you

Bradley (Brad) Chilcote retired after over 35 years of experience in turning around and building strong organizations through an application of his leadership and coaching principles. He began his career in a family owned manufacturing business and progressed through a number of industries before starting his small business coaching company in 2009. After five years of success in partnering with clients to maximize their personal and professional potential, Brad retired in 2014. Subsequently, he came out of retirement to provide career coaching at Texas A&M University-Commerce while pursuing a mental health counseling degree to serve a broader clientele; graduating in May 2020.  He has fully retired and moved to Rockport where he continues to pursue his interests for helping his community through the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, SCORE, and counseling/mentoring skills. His expertise includes leadership, management, sales force development, career development and recruiting. In addition to his recent experience  as a small business and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Brad has worked in the non-profit health, defense, restaurant, and manufacturing industries with roles for management, contract negotiation, information technology, customer service, project management, sales, and quality assurance. He also continues his interest for teaching since becoming a certified instructor in the U.S. Army; including a number of well-received small business and career workshops. He has held a number of leadership positions in civic and community organizations, including Past President of the Northwest Lawton Kiwanis Club in Oklahoma and Past Commander of the Dallas Sail and Power Squadron.
